HB Body P360 2:1 HS Primer is a two-component acrylic primer (2K HS), designed for high-quality automotive refinishes. It covers irregularities, ensures excellent adhesion on a variety of substrates, and sands easily, providing an impeccable base for subsequent paint application.

• Mixing ratio: 2 parts primer + 1 part hardener (HB Pro H725 Fast / Slow or H729 Normal, depending on technique)
• Application: suitable for aerosols (400 ml spray), but also for gun application in 1 L and 4 L volumes
• Usage: apply 2–3 thin coats (20–30 µm per coat), with a 5-minute flash-off interval between coats
• Drying time: 30 minutes at 23 °C; forced in oven: 20–50 min at 60–65 °C; IR drying: 10–20 min
• Compatible surfaces: painted metal, sanded car sheet metal, OEM plastic (PP, TSOP), unsanded cataphoresis panels, polyester resins, fiberglass
• Features: high covering power, overspray absorption and excellent leveling => uniform finish, without imperfections
• Technical specifications: density ~1.35 g/cm³, solid content ~63‑69 % (without thinner), VOC approx. 470 g/l (below the limit of 540 g/l)
• Application conditions: ideal temperature 15–25 °C, good ventilation and wearing protective equipment (gloves, goggles)
